Red Wine + Dark Chocolate – An Unbeatable Duo
A study confirms once again the positive effects of polyphenols in certain foods, such as dark chocolate and red wine.
The MODERATE and daily consumption of one to two glasses of red wine (125 ml each) along with one piece (approx. 25g) of dark chocolate containing at least 70% cocoa has been shown to:
• Reduce the risk of heart attack and lower blood pressure
• Neutralize free radicals
• Strengthen the immune system
• Slow down cellular aging
